PLATAFORMAS MOOC E REDES DE COOPERAÇÃO NA EAD

O artigo analisa como é possível articular políticas e programas de EaD da educação profissional, com as soluções tecnológicas emergentes de gestão do conhecimento. Dois fundamentos devem nortear a convergência digital das tecnologias e dos recursos educacionais. O primeiro, voltado à produção e distribuição de materiais como Recursos Educacionais Abertos (REA). O segundo para o uso de suportes educacionais flexíveis, baseados em software livre. O estudo propõe um modelo teórico que integra tecnologias educacionais com políticas públicas de educação, através de plataformas MOOC e repositórios educacionais. Modelos integrados podem amparar uma política nacional que alinhe gestão e práticas pedagógicas com recursos educacionais abertos.Downloads
