This is an educational action research (EAI) in the context of a course designed to provide university teachers with elements that contribute to conceptualizing the main transformations associated with online teaching and learning, based on the problematization of the principles and practices of teaching in Higher Education from sociotechnical approach. Teachers are interested in problematizing and implementing better practices.
