This study evaluated the transitoriness and associated factors of the Health Management Training Program, from the perspective of former professionals, through survival modeling. The characterization of the 384 graduated professionals was carried out and, in their perspective, the better the evaluation of the program, the greater the effect on the Effectiveness of professional training.
