Health care for people with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Down Syndrome (DS) requires a constant movement of (re)construction of knowledge from health professionals. In this sense, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) can contribute to the apprehension and implementation of this knowledge in the workplace. This paper aims to analyze the perception of health professionals learning from two MOOCs about ASD and DS. MOOCs have proven to be important allies for Continuing Education in Health and, furthermore, in this research, they point to the graduate as a source of problematization of pedagogical resources, since when learning, this student also becomes critical of his own learning process.
