ESTUDO COMPARATIVO DO DESENVOLVIMENTO DA ORALIDADE EM LÍNGUA INGLESA NAS MODALIDADES PRESENCIAL E A DISTÂNCIA

Este estudo comparou a produção oral em inglês de alunos de dois cursos de Letras, um presencial e outro a distância. Os alunos realizaram tarefas orais por um período de quatro semestres. As produções foram analisadas de acordo com os parâmetros: fluência, acurácia e complexidade. Um modelo de ANOVA de medidas repetidas foi usado para analisar o resultado de cada parâmetro. Na interação das variáveis Grupo e Tempo, não houve diferença significativa no desenvolvimento oral dos grupos, em cada parâmetro pesquisado. Considerando Grupo e Tempo separadamente, não há diferença significativa entre os parâmetros lexicais de acurácia e complexidade. De uma maneira geral, a aprendizagem de língua estrangeira a distância pode demonstrar desenvolvimento oral equivalente à presencial.Downloads
