This study evaluates the perceptions of students about higher education in EaD, offered by Univesp, in the year 2020. The research is of a quali-quantitative nature: qualitative, as it evaluates the perceptions of the participants; and quantitative due to the questionnaire applied to Univesp students. This questionnaire, using the Linkert scale, considered three blocks of questions that captured the student's own perception of Distance Education at Univesp, his family and his employer. A total of 502 responses were received, which are characterized as a sample that portrays a more mature audience, who are at Univesp looking for a second degree and who are themselves satisfied with EaD. In the perception of the students interviewed, their family has improved their view of EaD, but their employer is not a great enthusiast for students to study EaD in higher education, despite believing that this system will continue after the pandemic.
