Abstract

This is a record of the path taken by the editors in the implementation and maintenance of EmRede – Distance Education Magazine of the Universidade em Rede Association (UniRede). Created in 2014, it has already undergone several adaptations and updates, always seeking to meet quality requirements and expand its indexing with reference systems. Over these nearly nine years, 280 articles, experience reports and essays were published in seventeen editions. This report records some actions taken and suggestions to be implemented in the future.

Author Biography

Mára Lúcia Fernandes Carneiro, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Instituto de Psicologia, Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul

She holds a PhD in Informatics in Education from PPGIE/UFRGS (2003), a master's degree in Computer Science from PUCRS (1996) and a specialization in Higher Education Methodology (PUCRS, 1987) and in Informatics in Education (PUCRS, 1992).

Full Professor at the Department of Social and Institutional Psychology Institute of Psychology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where she works in basic training in Social Psychology and its relationship with technologies in various courses at the university. As a researcher, the topics of interest are distance education, training of teachers and tutors for distance education, production of learning objects and their links with cognition and subjectivation processes.
