The object of study was the educational modalities of EMITEC that originally already operated as Distance Education (EaD), already in its pre-pandemic format, and Remote Teaching, implemented at IFBA - Campus Seabra in the pandemic context. The main objective of this article is to analyze how the interaction between professors and students took place, the teaching-learning processes, in addition to the evaluation instruments. The theories that support this work are in the studies referring to the concepts of distance education and remote teaching; and methodologically, the approach is qualitative, the bibliographic and participatory research, being analyzed the educational proposals, their difficulties and adaptations to the context of non-presential teaching, as well as the actions proposed for the students. From the results obtained, we found the formulation of new evaluation formats that involve the development of students' autonomy, critical sense and creativity.
