Author Biography

Karina Marcon, Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC), Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brasil, kamarcon@gmail.com

Professor at the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC), at the Distance Education Center (CEAD). PhD in Education (2015 - CNPq Grantee) by the Post-Graduation Program in Education of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). She completed a Sanduíche PhD at Universidade Aberta, in Lisbon / Portugal (CAPES / PDSE Grant Holder). Mestre in Education (2008) and Bachelor in Social Communication: Qualification in Publicity and Propaganda (2004) by the University of Passo Fundo (UPF). Currently she is graduating in Pedagogy Full Degree EAD (2012) from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). She has experience and research interest in the areas of Digital Inclusion, Distance Education and Teacher Training.
